Proof that horror films aren’t totally without merit: Lionsgate is teaming up with the American Red Cross for the fourth annual “Give Til It Hurts” blood drive, which just happens to coincide with the October 26 opening of Saw IV. This is the fourth time the studio has run the event, but the first time with the Red Cross’ official blessing. So if you’re a fan of the horror franchise, give a pint — and if you’re not, give one anyway. Someone will thank you.
