No more acting for Paul Newman

After several decades in Hollywood, Paul Newman is retiring from acting. Newman, who is 82, recently told ABC News that he no longer feels up to the challenge.

“I’m not able to work anymore as an actor at the level that I would want to,” Newman told the network. “So I think that’s pretty much a closed book for me.”

Newman was nominated nine times for an Academy Award, winning once for 1987′s The Color of Money. His last film role was Doc Hudson in Pixar’s Cars.
